Free Delivery Area
Free Delivery only cover Petaling Jaya – SS1, SS2, SS3, Section 14, Jaya 1, Section 13, Section 19, Kelana Jaya, Tmn Mayang. A minimum charges of RM15.00 will be charged on other area depends on the distance.

Delivery Time
Please give place your order one (1) day in advance before delivery. All orders received before 6pm (Monday – Friday) will be delivered on the next day. There will be no delivery on Saturday after 12noon, Sunday and Public Holiday. We suggest you place your orders at least 2 days in advance in the event we need to contact you for additonal information and thus ensuring smooth delivery.
Order received on Saturday as well as on Sunday, delivery will be made on the upcoming Monday.
If your delivery date falls on Malaysia Public Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, kindly place your order Two(2) days in advance.

Delivery Practice All orders are to be delivered to the Recipient's address given by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. However, we will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the names Recipient directly at the time of delivery.

Please review all information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, post code, contact number & delivery date.

Incomplete address, phone numbers, information of Sender and Receiver may delay the delivery.

We reserve the right to reject a request for refund IF receiver refuse to accept flowers delivered without sender's name, sympathy flowers delivered after a funeral occasion and or receiver do not wish to accept flowers from the sender for some other reason. The flowers and or gifts are considered sold.

Please ensure that all information entered during the order process are complete and free of error. Gracegarden wiill not be liable for any delay in orders due to incomplete or erroreneous information.

Flowers can not be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas.
